Our exterior pest management services are designed to stop insects before they enter your home. We apply a protective barrier around the foundation and entry points—typically within three feet of the structure—using virtually odorless products applied by trained professionals.

To ensure continuous protection, our Annual Pest Control Service Agreement provides scheduled monthly service, often with the same technician, making it easy to plan access while maintaining reliable, long-term pest prevention.

No Extra Costs If Active Pest Problems Arise

If a pest issue occurs before your next scheduled visit, we provide additional service at no extra cost. Prepaying a full year receives a 5% discount, and after the initial term you can renew month-to-month without another start-up fee.

Key Box Installation and Sales

We sell and install secure key boxes with combination locks that can hold up to five keys. A key box makes scheduled service easy and provides safe access for anyone who may need it.

One-Time Pest Management Services

One-time pest management services are available; however, they are not recommended for long-term control. In our experience, single treatments rarely provide lasting results, which is why these services do not include a warranty.

If additional treatment is needed, it may require an extra fee. For better protection, one-time services can be converted into a monthly pest management program within 30 days, with the initial service cost applied toward the ongoing agreement.
